The growing emphasis on ensuring cyber security is reflected in new legislation at both European and national levels.

As early as 2024, a major amendment to the security legislation (the Cyber Security Act and related decrees) will come into force that will implement the requirements of the European NIS2 and CER directives and the DORA regulation into the Czech legal system.
